Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your access to and use of V2Ray Release Hub. Read the following information before downloading a client or using a configuration example. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the relevant content or service.

1. Site Purpose and Scope

This site provides download links for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG, subscription import instructions, and V2Ray configuration examples for learning, technical research, and configuration in lawful network environments. This site is not affiliated with the developers of these open-source projects. Its name, articles, and download links do not imply authorization, endorsement, or a service commitment from the project teams.

Setting names, navigation paths, and examples in the documentation are based on the features of the relevant software and may change as clients, cores, and operating systems are updated. Examples are not complete configurations for every device and do not constitute legal or information security advice. Check that each instruction applies to your environment, and avoid overwriting configurations currently in use without review.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and wherever your activities take place, as well as applicable network policies and service terms. Do not use the clients or materials on this site for unlawful purposes, unauthorized network access, attacks, fraud, privacy violations, distribution of illegal content, or any activity that infringes others' rights.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use your devices, accounts, networks, and subscription services, and for any consequences of your actions. Subscription URLs may contain access credentials; keep them secure. Remove sensitive information before sharing screenshots, logs, or configurations. This site does not provide subscriptions or nodes, nor does it assess the legality or trustworthiness of third-party services.

3. Software Sources and Disclaimer

Client software is provided by its respective open-source project. Refer to that project's documentation for software behavior, license terms, and feature limitations. This site organizes information and provides download guidance, but does not control software development, release schedules, third-party subscription content, or network conditions. It does not guarantee that clients, download links, or documentation will remain available or suit any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service unavailability, data loss, or related losses resulting from software defects, configuration errors, network outages, changes to third-party services, or use of materials on this site. Nothing in this statement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Back up important configurations and data beforehand. Test changes affecting production environments in a recoverable test environment first.

4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and each client retain their respective rights to their names, marks, code, and related materials. Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software are subject to the license accompanying the relevant version. This site's descriptions and download guidance do not alter those licenses or grant any rights beyond them.

Original explanatory text and page content on this site are protected by law. When quoting them, credit the source and do not distort their meaning or imply endorsement by a project team. Rights to technical terms and configuration structures originating from open-source projects remain governed by their original licenses and applicable law; organizing them on this site does not transfer those rights.

5. Changes to These Terms and Usage Guidance

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in site content, features, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Your access to and use of the site after publication are subject to the revised terms; responsibility for prior conduct is determined under applicable law. Review this page again before downloading software or making significant configuration changes.

For help with installation, importing subscriptions, or checking connectivity, start with the Getting Started Guide. For explanations of configuration fields, see the Configuration Reference. These pages provide operational and troubleshooting guidance, but do not guarantee resolution of individual issues. If the instructions differ from the current interface, follow the documentation for your installed software version and pause any action you are unsure about.
